Abandoned Buildings in South Western PA?

My friends and I are making a sci fi post-apocalyptic film and we can't find any abandoned buildings. We found 1 factory in Monaca that we were kicked out of, and we already used an abandoned pump house in the North Park nature reserve. Where can we find an abandoned place (preferably a factory) near Pittsburgh PA that we can film our movie in?
