    The best place is Pittsburgh. I have been living here for three years . Good things about pittsburgh is 1. Four beautiful seasons 2. No extreme weather (ie no heavy snow or high temp or cyclones etc) 3. Beautiful downtown 4. Cost of living is low 5. Friendly people 6. Closer to all attraction in North east US 7. Cheap flights to different places in US 8. Decent traffic 9. Strip district 10. Lower crime

(Everything else is expensive)
