What are good community colleges in San Francisco?

New York, Arizona, or San Francisco?

Ok so I am currently a sophomore at Cal State Fullerton and I'm a little behind my units, that is if I want to graduate in 4 years. In order for me to get ahead I would have to take summer courses. The only issue I am having with this is that I want to travel out of state this summer. I am going to take summer courses but I want to either travel to New York, Tucsan Arizona, or San Francisco. I was wondering if you guys could give me advice as to what would be the best option to take summer classes in. I do have family in Tucsan Arizona so I would have a place to stay over there but I have always dreamed of going to New York. This is something I would consider, which area has a higher job market? Which area is least expensive to live as far as New York and San Francisco go? Which community colleges should I consider? Please I need your help. Whatever information you can provide me i would really appreciate it.
