How much is shipping to america from the UK?

Does anyone know of a shipping company that takes passengers from the UK to America?

  • This does not necessarily have to be a cruise ship; a cargo ship that takes passengers would do just as well.

    I travelled from Montreal to London last August on the ship Canmar Venture,I also Know there are various shipping Co. that ply the west coast. I would say that it was absolutely fantastic I had a huge cabin, with fridge video (loads of films)& shower etc. Three huge meals a day, & cheap liquer it took 8 days.

In the sixties my sister sailed on a banana boat to the West Indies which was apparently a lot of fun, these days I guess ask around.Most of the well known shipping companies will probally charge the earth. Good Luck though.
