  • Not wanting to know the cheapest,im wanting,a nice place,somewhere with a BIG room,ive been searching all over the internet but havent found what im looking for,i want to take my friend,and two others for a Bachelorette party,maybe somewhere that has a suite? has to be close to myrtle beach,Thanks!:) ill choose best answer,please provide a link if you can.

    There are only two four star and no five star hotels in Myrtle Beach. If you want the "best" then you want one of those. * Marina Inn at Gande Dunes -- http://www.marinainnatgrandedunes.com/index.aspx * Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes -- http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/myrgd-myrtle-beach-marriott-resort-and-spa-at-grande-dunes/ Everything in Myrtle Beach city limits is "close to the beach" because MB is a pretty small place. They aren't all on the beach though. Marina Inn is on the Inter-coastal Waterway. Marriott is on the ocean. This sort of quality and amenity comes at a price. They will be far from "cheap" but the suites are awesome. If a 3-star hotel will do then you're in luck. There are about 90,000 rooms of those in Myrtle Beach and they're all just about the same. What you'll want for "big room" is called a King Suite on our market.

I've used www.vrbo.com several times and had very good luck. The letters stand for vacation rental by owner. You can find all kinds of fantastic rentals through their website and I'm sure with some looking you can find just what you want. I'm going to leave you a link below that will take you to the website after I narrowed down to the Myrtle Beach area. You simply select the specific area you want to stay in then browse through the listings. It's easy after you get familiar with the site to narrow down the search to the number of bedrooms etc to get it more specific. I especially like to rent private home through this site instead of condos but if a condo is what you're looking for you'll find tons of them to look at. If you look for a house there is a much better chance you'll have the large spacious rooms you've asked about. If you search for something specific like a house or say a house with a hot tub etc etc then you need to start from the vrbo home page. It's really odd but that's the only way I know to narrow the search. There is no where for you to put search wants in after you get off the home page. After you put in search details just hit search then you can quickly narrow it down to the Myrtle Beach area and that will narrow your search immensely. Like I said, there is a short learning curve to their website but after you get it figured out you can find all kinds of great places that you wouldn't ordinarily know about by simply doing a google search.
