Which of these cities is the best place to live in California?

I want to know like living prices, IS THERE BEACHES, population, night life, etc! Thank you! Here are the cities: Canon County Hollywood Mountain View Orange County Riverside Sacramento San Diego San Francisco Sherman Oaks Lakewood West Los Angeles Victorville

Out of your list I would probably take San Diego. Plenty of nice beaches, great weather year round, etc. Cost of living everywhere in CA is high but the price of housing is going down because of the housing bust!
