How do i return the US Immigration document I-94W after having left the United States?

• I am a british citizen and was visiting USA recently. They gave me a 3 month stay. I have left the USA before the end of those 3 months and have travelled to Canada by road through the Detroit-Windsor tunnel. The canadian visa official didnt check my passport neither did they stamp it and i forgot to give them the I94W form back. I am now in Canada and will be returning to UK straight from here. I do not intend to return to the USA. I do not have any proof that i have left USA but infact i have. How do i return the I94W form and what proof can i give them? Thanks!

  Take the form to the Canadian Immigration Service. If your departure from Canada (going back to the UK) is prior to the end of the 90 days for the VWP then you can give the form to Canadian Immigration as you leave. If the 90 days will end before your departure you need to take the form to them before the end date. If the 90 days has already ended, find out what you need to do to document the correct date of your exit from the USA and get the information to US CBP. Don't just ignore the issue - you say you don't intend to return to the USA but that could change someday.
