Spring Break 2012? Wheres the best spot in Florida?

We have a group of people all looking for a place to stay in Florida. We have pretty much narrowed it down to 4 places because all these places we can fly for cheap (under $250 round trip/direct flight) but wanted to know which would be best for college students. We were going to Miami but heard you really need to be +21 to enjoy it. Any suggestion or input would be appreciated. The four places are: Fort Lauderdale Miami Daytona Tampa And possibly Panama City if we decide to drive.

If you are college students all of the places listed will lack good density of college students in March. Panama City is the only real place. You can find a few folks in Daytona but it'll be sorta lame. I always get a chuckle from people that say "Miami" "flights are cheap" but when you arrive, you will NEVER use the word cheap nor low cost again. It's one of the most expensive places in the US to go on vacation. Inertia Tours Chad...OUT!!!
