How do you get to Philly zoo from Philly SEPTA station?

Does anyone know how to get from the Woodberry Light rail station to the Baltimore zoo?

Online directions are not working because it wont recognize the Baltimore Zoo's address when it has no street number and it's just a park. So can anyone tell me in detail how to get to the baltimore zoo upon exiting the Woodberry Light Rail station in Baltimore?
