How do I get USA Visitor visa from Canada (I have a Canada Study Permit)?

I came from India to Canada 2days ago. I have Canada study permit for 3 months. I want to visit my sister in USA during Christmas holidays. Can I apply and get a visitor visa? What is the process for applying? What are the documents required and how long will it take to process? Thanks in advance.

What city are you in? If it's big enough, they probably have a US Embassy there, or at the very least, a US Consulate. You can google it.
