What are some great spring break destinations?

I want to go on a road trip with some friends over spring break, what are some good destinations?

  • My friends and I all live around the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. We are looking for a city to drive to that is within 16 hours driving or less. Preferably somewhere that is a little warmer than Minnesota. What are some cities like this with some fun things to do when you get there as well? A couple ideas we had are Chicago or St. Louis. Let me know what you think of these places, and feel free to suggest as many other destinations as you want

Check out www.nps.gov. You can usually fine some cool National Parks that are inexpensive and have some cool stuff to do. Mammoth Caves NP in Kentucky is really cool, and it's not far from Nashville, which is also a neat place to visit, and the Louisville Slugger Museum in Louisville, KY is awesome too.
