Fun things to do in the summer for 16th birthday in California?

My birthday is on July 14th and I want to do something pretty fun with my two best friends. anything that involves water would be nice of course since its summer lol. im not to worried about prices but I do have my limits. any suggestions?

If I were you, I'd get fake I.D's, go clubbing, sleep on the beach, tan, surf, tan, swim, tan, drink, go to a crazy *** rave, do some shopping, oh and tan. You're lucky, use California to your advantage. There's people out there that don't get the great opportunities you can have because of where you live. Live it up, seriously.
