Where's a good place to live in Philly?

Wheres a good place in america to live?

  • i currently live in new zealand with my husband and our four kids bella, summer, riley and asha. but we are planning on moving to america to bring our kids up. wheres a nice place in america to do so? (friendly, sporty, good schools etc)

  • Answer:

Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, California, New York, and I'm not familiar with the middle states, but it depends alot on if you like a cosmopolitan urban lifestyle, a suburban lifestyle, or a country lifestyle. The United States has nice places to live to satisfy most lifestyles. I live in the southeast, in Kennesaw Georgia, and I like it. The best school district here is in Marietta the Walton school district. Oh, I just saw your white Christmas, and we don't really have snow on Christmas often here, so maybe North Carolina on up.

Texas is a good place to live. The people are friendly and the weather is great. The recession hasn't hit hard here.

three to four years ago, i lived in Auburn Alabama. it has great people, places to eat, a great sports team, and the schools are rated ijn the top 100 for the country.

Cedar City Utah! It has wonderful mountains by it so you can go hiking or skiing, SUU is a college in town, lots of great schooling options, and plenty of snow for a white Christmas!

If you want friendly move to texas were famous for being super nice but having a big ego about are state. Dont go to Mississippi or Alabama New Mexico is very sporty i dont know about good schools. Dont forget you can always use Google to look for crime rate (important) and schools

well i would say washington (i dont live there) but many people choose to live there because it is close to the capitol and incase of any kind of emergency, they will be protected first because of their proximity to the white house (supposedly) as for friendly, southerners are the most friendly people i know! (im one of them :]) and ive heard that the cypress fairbanks district in the suburbs of houston is a top notch district, with a great fine arts and sports program. so texas is a good choice too if you can deal with the heat and humidity :/ good luck! :)
