Is There Any Jobs That Hire 15 Year Olds In South Jersey (New Jersey)?

  • I am fifteen year old female desperately looking for a job. I live in South Jersey in New Jersey. I have been looking for a job for more than a year. and still looking. I know i am responsible teenager. Is there any suggestions ?

    Make sure you have all of the proper documentation since your are under age. This usually includes a work permit and school attendance records. Its gonna be really hard for you because lots of places require you to be at least 16 or 18 to work there. I know places like American eagle is 18 and forever21 is 16. Your most likely and probably only option is fast food. You cant work at most sit down restaurants because you have to be 18 to serve alcohol. So yes fast food is your best bet.

First suggestion is to go see your guidance counselor to get the work permit you'll need. Jobs will be very limited for someone under 16, e.g. you probably can't work in any fast food establishment. Your best bet would probably be babysitting, etc. BTW - This isn't a travel question.
