Where is a good place to live in Georgetown?

If I were to work in Georgetown University, where would be the best place to live?

  • I know that Georgetown and the rest of NW DC are very expensive. I also don't wish living in a crime area. Would Arlington be a good place to relocate?? Or would you advise Montogomery County, Maryland?? Which is better? Why? Also: Which is closer? And how much time could I take to go to Georgetown University each day??

  • Answer:

Hey James,I live up on 13teen st N.E the good side by Catholic University. It's nice on this end, alot of my neighbors say they raised there kids here.Me and my husband are the youngest renters on the block.I'm 31 and he's 38.I work at Washington Hospital Center so I'm like right down the street from my job.The apts on this side is very resonable, especially over by Turkey Thickett the park. It's on Michigan Ave. Goodluck and e mail me if you need further advice on nice areas.
