What is the weather like in Washington DC in march and april?

Answer:
It's warming up - not hot yet. You'd need a jacket in March (an in early March it is possible to have some snow) and evenings in April - but by late April it is just beautiful. Beware that March and April it is very crowded in DC. It's beautiful, and people know that so they crowd the place. Julie
