What is the Best outlet Mall in Pennsylvania?

Does anyone know of a direct bus service to Potomic Mills Outlet Mall from Pennsylvania Ave in Washington D.C.?

• The address is 2700 Potomac Mills Circle Prince William, VA 22192 and I'm on pennsylvania avenue in Georgetown D.C. We would like to get there by rail or bus but if there is another outlet mall nearer Georgetown this would be better for us to travel to as we are only in D.C. for 3 days.

  Walk down Pennsylvania Avenue, over the bridge, to Washington Circle. Walk right around the circle, and then make a right on 23rd Street, to the Foggy Bottom Metro Station. Take a Blue Line train to Franconia Springfield Metro station. Then board the Prince William Metro Direct (PMD) Omni Ride bus to Potomac Mills. Ideally, the whole trip should take about 1 1/2 hours, but only if you time the bus schedule really well. The PMD bus doesn't run very often. There are other outlet malls in the DC area, but they're even further and less convenient. Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets is past Dulles Airport (http://www.premiumoutlets.com/outlets/outlet.asp?id=14). Arundel Mills is past BWI Airport (http://www.simon.com/mall/default.aspx?ID=1230). Hagerstown Prime Outlets is far northwest of DC (http://www.primeoutlets.com/locations/hagerstown.aspx). None of these are any closer or more convenient by public transportation though.
