Rental homes near Washington DC?

A friend got a job near Voice of America in DC and is looking for a home to rent he has two children age 5 and 4. Can you help him find a home that is near a school and also close to where he can take a train or a bus to work he doesn't have a car.

College Park or Greenbelt Maryland might be good areas. Each has a metro station and rental prices are reasonable. There are rental agents that can help or check craigslist.org
