Standard Ground Shipping ETA?

Tomorrow, December 19th 2008, I will be ordering some shoes from nikestore.com. The order is coming from this address: Blue Ribbon Direct 4775 Tuggle Rd Door 54 Memphis, TN 38118 I was wondering how long it would take to get to Washington, DC Zip Code: 20018 using standard ground shipping. My goal is to have it before christmas. Is that possible?

Usually you get a package via ground shipping in 2-3 business days. 2 business days would be on Monday the 22nd. Keep in mind that a lot of people are shipping packages during the holidays. I think you will get your package on Tuesday if you made me guess, or Wednesday, but it will be close.

it also matters which shipping company will be used.Simple & Plain, FedEx is MUCH Faster Than UPS. But To Be Honest, You should pay the Extra $$ for over night shipping because 2-3 day shipping, 4-5 day shipping and Ground will take well over 2 weeks. I just ordered from pickyourshoes.com and selected 3 day shipping and it took 8 days with ups. When I ordered from Eastbay 2 years back, the ground shipping took almost a month, so if you have an Extra 50$ to spare, GET OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. Also, Dont Wait around for your package the day you expect it to come because it will take all day for the delivery guy to get to your house. Trust Me on this.
