What's the most ideal place in Central Park for a picnic?

Whats the best place to go for valentines day? we want to go out of seattle to some island or park?

• me and my wife are looking to get to a nice vacation for this valentine's day...any suggestions? im planning for one of the san juan islands or some wenatchee kind of park? any scenic place to be generic..we want it at least around 250 miles of distance and we prefer if it isnt too cold

  A few suggestions for you would be: Victoria, BC, take the Clipper from the waterfront. You can walk pretty much anywhere you want to go in Victoria. Lake Quinault, WA. Stay at the Lake Quinault Resort, you'll be happier with the rooms than Lake Quinault Lodge, but the Lodge is a must for breakfast. Vancouver, BC. The best way to get there is by train. Cave B Inn in Quincy, WA. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. The only problem could be getting there, if the pass is closed. My wife and I had to cancel our trip there last V day because it was closed. Seaside, OR. They have some great B&B's and cottages to rent right on the beach.
