Swimming lakes in WA?
-
Since it is meant to be really nice today, I want to take my sister and her friend out swimming, we go to a place called Wildcat lake and want to try something new. I am willing to drive up to 2 hours away from Silverdale, but closer is better. Thank you so much!

Answer:
You might want to try Buck Lake near Hansville (north Kitsap County). The water usually warms up quicker there, but, as the other person said - it will still be fairly cold. Buck Lake has a nice picnic ground, etc. From Silverdale, its probably 45 minutes.
