I am considering a move to Olympia in WA. Is it a good place to live?

I live up in Everett, North of Olympia. My husband and I are thinking of moving too and I found a website that really helped me. It offered home price information and also neighborhood info as well when you look at specific homes/neighborhoods. I've put the links for Olympia, WA below. I'm not sure about house prices or schools but I know the area is very nice. Plus, it's close to Seattle! :) I had a fun time visiting Olympia! Some areas had a nice quaint-feel to it which is something that I really like.
