Are there any clubs in Los Angeles that play bachata music?

Los Angeles, or Seattle? - music schools.?

• I've been raised basically my whole life in the central coast of california. I started piano in 3rd grade then joined my school band in fourth grade. In 8th grade i have auditioned for my county's honor band, and made it. I'm really starting to see a passion for music. I now play tenor and Bari. Saxophones, I used to play trumpet, and i still play piano. And I'm really feeling a passion for my music. Becuase my family and such are on the west coast, I'd like to stay on the west coast for my music career. I know there's tons of music opportunities in LA, and I like the city a lot. But I'm not sure if I'd want to live there. I also know Seattle, wa is a music city on the west coast but I'm not sure which city would suit me best, and make the best of my music career... Does anyone have info on the two cities?thanks! :)

  As a Seattle resident, I would agree with you on the fact that Seattle has a great music scene. I heard that the University of Washington has a great music program. If you are concentrating on getting your music career on pop, I would suggest to you to go to Los Angeles. This is because it seems as though Los Angeles is more of an international city and therefore it would receive more professionals in the music industry. However, Seattle is a great place too for musicians. But I would suggest to go to Los Angeles if you are trying to get high in the music industry. Good luck and I hope I've helped you!
