What is the average salary for a program manager?

What is the average salary + benefits for an IT program manager in Seattle?

  • I've seen the data on Salary.com, but I'm wondering what kind of salary+benefits a program manager (or other "middle tier" employee such as account manager, project manager, product manager, etc) could expect to earn specifically at a Seattle company like Microsoft, Real Networks, or Amazon.

  • Answer:

Hello I am a mechanical turk. I will answer your question today. Join Amazon Mechanical Turk and you can earn as much as $1.50 an hour as a starting rate. Benefits include eyestrain, carpal tunnel, and boredom. I hope this helps!

Here's Glassdoor.com's data: http://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/program-manager-salary-SRCH_KO0,15.htm From my experience at some of the high tech firms in the area and information I know of friends, the average PM makes $80-120K. Can make less if new and can make more if you have good experience or specialized skills/knowledge, or know someone to help you. Edit: Sorry, forgot to add the bennies info. That will totally depend on the company you work for, but it will be the same employee bennies as any other professional job at that company. Microsoft's bennies are the best that I've seen or heard of, so far.
