Which would be better Portland,or Seattle or cali?

How is life in Seattle? Is it better? Do you prefer it to Atl, Ny, Chicago, Miami, Cali?

• How is life in Seattle? Do you prefer it to other cities like Atl, Ny, Chicago, Miami, Cali? Is it slightly better than other cities like Atl, Ny, LA, Miami, Tx, Chicago? I'm moving to Seattle from Atlanta. I have no idea how the opportunities, life, jobs, people are in Seattle. Do you think it's better to live there? I heard it's cold and rainy. Does that affect the living ? How are the work environment, economy and all? All answers will be appreciated.

  I live in Seattle and currently it's cold. The job opportunities vary on what your career choice is, as in many other cities, and yes, it does rain a bit. My adviser of my Youth and Government class moved from Georgia as well. She says she likes it here. The cold and rain do not affect any living, it just makes traffic slower. There's supposed to be a toll on one of the bridges across Lake Washington next week but don't worry, there's two bridges. Or you can go around the lake. As for if I think it's better to live here, I sure prefer it to Albuquerque, NM or Glendale, AZ (which is where I lived before Seattle). Granted, I'm only 15 so we may not see eye to eye but this is my opinion of Seattle.
