Which would be better Portland,or Seattle or cali?

Hawaii people in Seattle please help?

• I want to move to Seattle because of Business opportunities. Its so hard starting one here in Oahu with high cost, high taxes and too many restrictions and regulations. California was on my mind but Cali is far worst than Hawaii for business. Seattle sounds really attractive right now because I dont mind the cold weather and rain, infact I think the best time in Hawaii is when it rains. I know there is an L&L BBQ up there and I would feel very comfortable but I heard its really hard to socialize up there. I mean I am not a social butterfly but I would want at least some friends up there. Are there places that Hawaii people meet up and become friends? or are people who move in the town just exaggerating how unfriendly seattle is. Are the polynesians and asians there friendly? I'm not racist at all I get along with white and black people.

  There is a large Asian population in Washington State so lots of stores to get things at, there is even a large group of Polynesians in Seattle area as well that do Hulu, BBQs, etc.. If you are hungry for Hawaiian food there is also Aloha Kitchen over in Silverdale, WA that does do Spam Musubi. The people in Seattle are nice, just as outgoing and friendly as those in Hawaii
