What is the cheapest way to get to Arizona from Seattle?

Least expensive way to get from Everett, WA Naval Base to Tukwila, Seattle WA.?

I just got here (Everett) three days ago and I have an appointment with USCIS for my citizenship interview at Seattle on Monday. I'm not really used to driving yet. My question is, how do I get to Tukwila, Seattle from the Naval Base here at Everett Washington? I haven't asked Beach Det yet if the duty driver can take me there but just in case he can't, is it possible to commute going to Tukwila? I heard taxis charge around $100+ just to get there.

There's a light rail that runs paralell to I-5 that should get you close. Then you could hop a bus the rest of the way if it's not within walking distance: http://www.soundtransit.org/ Probably max of five bucks each way! I'm in Everett as well and there's a stop at Everett Station just East of Broadway near Pacific Ave.
