Best Elementary school (public) near Cisco, San Jose/Milpitas?

Hello, one of my friend is moving to Milpitas, CA and he is looking for apartment to stay with family. Also, he needs to know of the best school in and around Milpitas or San Jose. So, that he can stay in the area covered by that public school and use public transport to Cisco.. please help. Thanks.
