Preferably a surgeon who specializes in Asian Blepharoplasty?

About the other person's answer, this is a travel question because the person wants the best result and isn't afraid to travel to get it. The worst mistake that the person would make is to see a plastic surgeon. A plastic surgeon is better suited for liposuction of the stomach area or breast implants. What a person needs is an oculoplastic (eye plastic) surgeon, the specialty that deals with eyelids. One thing that separates the good surgeons from the others is if they do reconstructive eyelid surgery because those guys understand the muscles and other internal structures well enough to do reconstruction. Likewise, the regular plastic surgeons do reconstruction after breast cancer so they're the ones to go to for cosmetic breast surgery. In addition to finding an eye plastic surgeon, you might consider one that is Asian because they may have more interests in doing Asian eye surgery and make you look like an Asian with a double eyelid, not an Asian that looks like a white person. There's a good eye plastic surgeon but he is in Seattle, not San Francisco. He wrote me a prescription last month for my eye problem and it really works! In addition, he didn't rush me out the door like an assembly line. I'm not sure if we're supposed to name specific names like --- M.D. or Joe's Coffee Shop or ABC Shoe Repair. A little request; I'm trying to get some "best answer" awards. So far, I have 22 best answers. I try to give a great answer and appreciate recognition if you think this is a best answer!

HOW is this a travel question? And, you are going to trust the word of some group of letters on a computer screen over your own doctor/friends/acquaintances? You might as well just look up in the phone book, if that's all you need.

I have worked for plastic surgeons for years and I think this doctor ( link below) is excellent ( No, I do not work for him). Check out his before and after gallery. I have had my eyes done and it takes about 5 days before sutures come out and a bout a week to heal. It is not an invasive surgery. http://www.brunnoristow.com/
