Furnished apartments in San Francisco?

• After looking online for furnished apartments in San Francisco, I found that most had really bad ratings from previous tenants. Does anyone have any first hand experience of any good apartments in Richmond/Sunset or near that area which is also close to a park? I'll be staying for 1-3months and I'm looking for somewhere which is under $1800 a month. Thanks

  In general I have found that review sites, particularly those dealing with rentals, are dominated by those giving bad ratings. The people who are happy stay silent and the the ones with a beef, either real or imagined, can't wait to badmouth. I have been extremely happy in two different places that were savaged by reviewers. You have to figure out if they are perhaps written by people who can never be pleased. Or if everyone is saying nearly the same thing that might tend to point to valid point.
