California weekend getaway, where should I go?
-
I'm trying to plan a weekend getaway for my birthday in the middle of march. I'm trying to go somewhere i haven't really been. Ive been to San Francisco, and San Luis and a lot of beaches. Any suggestions on a fun place to drive and fun things to see and do?

Answer:
** Have you been to the Santa Cruz Area beaches? The Boardwalk? The Redwood Forests around Aptos? How about Monterey Bay/Carmel? Cannery Row & The Aquarium are awesome. Big Sur? The drive on Hwy-1 is remarkable! Happy Early B'day! Have Fun!

Yes, The Monterey Bay Aquarium is fantastic. You can spend all day there. Driving down to Big Sur is beautiful and there are some very nice places to eat there.
