People who live in SAN FRANCISCO!! Whats the weather?

  • What is the weather in San Francisco like this week? Can people in SF describe how the weather is? Like is it cloudy or sunny or reeally hot or freezing, etc. I'm going to San Fran this Friday and I need to know what kind of clothes to pack. I looked at the weather but its not helpful because it only tells the degrees. Thanks!

    Warm and mostly sunny. Regarding the wildfires (in case you were concerned about that): San Francisco itself isn't under any fire threat. And the smog from fires in the suburbs has largely dissipated. Your eyes won't itch as much as last week. However, new fires (or a change in wind condition) could bring the toxic cloud back. So, bring the eye drops.

Where I live, it's been fog overcast almost all day--some sunshine at sunrise but then the fog rolls in so it's cool and windy, then about 3pm or 4pm, the sun comes out again for 30 mins. before the fog blocks it out again. The temp has been about 65 when the sun is out. 2 weeks ago, we had 2-3 days of nice hot sunny weather but we don't get a lot of hot sunny days ever, the fog eventually comes in to cool the place down. If you're coming, bring long sleeves/pants, sweater and/or jacket 'cuse when the sun goes down the temp drops significantly and the wind rises.

it's been sunny and beautiful. but if you're going to be in the city, it can get foggy and cold. bring things you can layer. it won't be super cold but it could get chilly at night. it hasn't been raining lately. it won't be super hot either. it's been pleasant and sunny.

typically its really cold in the morning, warm around 12pm then cold again around 5 or 6pm.
