How to do a parenthetical citation for a website?

How to I check a parking citation on the city of san Francisco's website.?

• Today I went to triple aaa to pay my vehicle registration. They said I couldn't obtain my stickers because their were 15 parking tickets in my name. I haven't even gotten a ticket,they said the tickets were made in san francisco. I went on their website to type in the citation numbers they gave me to see where these so called citations happened. I couldn't find a feature like this on their website,so does anyone know how I can check online? Thanks, Jenna

  You should contact San Francisco County Traffic Court directly and see what they say about these citations. If it's clearly a mistake, try to get them to purge you from their records (and give you documented proof of that fact, so you have something to show the DMV). However, they'll probably say you need to prove it wasn't your car...in which case, you may have to contest the tickets in court.
