What's customer service of AT&T like? i think all Comcast customer service shipped their jobs overseas?

every time when i call Comcast customer service, they speak with some Indian or Philipino accent, and my English is already broken, so it's really hard to communicate. How is your experience with AT&T? ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE AMERICAN? thanks.

Answer:
Everytime I call customer service I get an American. Plus whenever I'm in deep stuff. They sometimes get me around the loopholes of contracts and prices.
