Turning 21, good places to eat in the San Francisco Area?

  • Okay, so I will be turning 21 in June and I am going with my bf back to my home town San Mateo, CA area. I haven't been there in a long time and don't know whats new or some cool bars to go to. The only place I can think of is the Fish Market in San Mateo, CA, but I'm looking for something more hip and fun for somebody to spend their 21st Birthday. Some places I plan on going are: San Mateo, CA San Francisco, CA Hollister, CA Monterey, CA Santa Cruz, CA Thanks = )

    Go up to the Carnelian Room: http://www.carnelianroom.com/ they have a lounge where you can order drinks a look at the great view (sort of expensive though).

Go to the Metrion. I think its the 3rd or 4th floor where they got some good resturants ther.I dnt know if youll like it but try. or you can just go around pier 39 at the North Beach Pizza & Pasta thing.
