Where would be great areas to photograph in San Diego?

San Diego - reasonable areas? Relocating from Long Beach?

  • Me and the wife are considering moving to San Diego from Long Beach and not sure about the areas. What are the more reasonable areas (but decent)? Or areas close enough to commute?

  • Answer:

Resonable isn't to good here... since we are so close to the beach it is moderaltly expensive... but I like La Jolla the best... and UTC is also nice lots of condos/ apartments... Good Luck with your "resonable" search but La Mesa is like half the price compared to La Jolla beach area. *Krstl*

Right on the ocean, sign up for the latest Conservatory action with Starfleet deliveries. The houses are designed by Starbuck and from Marian chronemeter work show some new paladin. If you like studies, new management work is in the MTV, abc, or Kaptain Koolaid shoppes. Ask for the dedicated citizens bank awards for 150-200 range option. Some approvals for pro-pack sites are built for 110. I have 6 nice listings for your 2000-2400. All near 100. College level neighborhood, and hybrid autos a good idea.

"reasonable" and San Diego don't fit together in the same sentence. Maybe Oceanside?

La Mesa is a good place.......nothing is too reasonable in SD and some parts of La Mesa are not inexpensive but has some nice areas. Some parts aren't so good though so watch out. Santee is another area that is not too bad and although they have a lot of traffic due to all of the new stores and shopping.......Good Luck!!

Having lived in Point Loma (coastal San Diego), Clairmont (city of San Diego limits), Linda Vista (slum of San Diego), El Cajon (East San Diego County), Santee (also East San Diego County) and Escondido (North San Diego County), I will tell you that I believe the most reasonable places to live which also happen to be closest to San Diego and have the best commutes, are any cities in East San Diego County. These cities are: El Cajon, Rancho San Diego (newer & nicer area of El Cajon), La Mesa, Spring Valley, Jamul, Lakeside and Santee. You will find nice and expensive areas of all of these cities, as well as more run-down areas and areas which are pretty much middle of the road in terms of cost of housing, decent neighborhoods and good commute and things to do. Here in East County, we are just minutes from downtown San Diego, with an average drive to downtown of 15-25 minutes, depending upon the city you live in.

Chimichanga to go please!!

The cost of living in Long Beach and San Diego are about the same so heres my best anwser. 1. Pacific Beach 2. Mission Beach 3, Ocean Beach 4. East Village downtown (Lots of new condos) 400K and up 5. Mission Valley
