For San Diego guys and gals, which bar is better? Tavern or PB bar & grill?

Tavern or PB bar & grill or Typhoon Saloon, Johhny V's? what are the differences between them the most? im 23 y/o guy looking to just chat/meet some new friends in san diego.. and i can only go between 4 - 8 in the afternoon.. for now.. im wondering if there's any single there available for chatting and how crowded will it be at that hour? i am hoping it would be more crowded because i don't wanna stand out as the only single guy sitting at a bar.. you know what im talking about..

Def Typhoon and pb bar and grill in general. Especially popular on tuesday nights, for taco tuesday. If you are going between 4-8 there is no where more popular then pb bar and grill.

PB is only good if you wanna meet drunken frats and sororities... Try the comedy club in La Jolla; bunch of college peeps there...

PB Bar and Grill will have the biggest and best happy hour out of all of those choices since it has a large outdoor area. Tavern Typhoon, and Johhny V's are more nightclubish and better for partying at night rather than happy hour during the day.
