Book CD or clothes swapping store in San Jose or La Jolla or San Diego, California?

  • I have a lot of books and CDs (and even clothes) that I want to exchange for money, or even a kind of voucher. Is there a store that I can give this stuff to where they give you a voucher to pick stuff from the store you want, or they give you cash, or even more books? I would prefer a place in Southern California, in San Diego or La Jolla, or in San Jose, California.

    There's a place called Music Trader (Pacific Beach and Point Loma) where you can trade a couple of used CDs for a different one (they have to make their money somehow). And, I know there are lots of other places around town that buy used CDs. For clothing, look up Used and Vintage Clothing in the yellow pages for places that buy used clothes. For books, look up Used and Rare Books for places that buy used books.
