Cheap chauffeur service in San Diego?

Is there any where to do community service in San Diego !!!CITY!!!?

I dont understand how are we suppose to have all these programs to curve kids from gangs an stuff but i cant find any 1 offering community service in South East San diego Where theres a freakin gang problem in every commuinty, What kinda Sh!!t is that?........... so do you guys know any where, they are offering commuinty service in san diego city (south east maybe)

Checxk with the local school system-I'm up in Temecula area but work with the kids in Perris doing murals at the elementary level-I have local high Schoolers help. The P.A.L.S. program would be good too-they are great for this area in Hemet and Perris etc. Its a thing put on by the police depts for after school activities for the kids-thru park and rec they are always asking for student volunteers to help with cradfts and tutoring-and note that you get community credit-
