San Diego, CA Residents - Where can I find a good night club in San Diego?

I have till November to find a good club in San Diego, CA. My girls are coming over to visit me for the weekend and I have not been to any of the clubs in SD. We are looking for a dance club; not just a bar lounge. I heard about PB (Pacific Beach), but it's only a bar - not interested. ((No strip clubs)) Please help!

VOYEUR and STINGAREE!..theres Thin, Onxy, on broadway is still a local favorite due to its really large dance floors! PB is just a bunch of bars, some with a dance floor like pb bar and grill, moondoggies, but alot of walking involved...and drunk a$$holes!!
