Does anyone know if there are fireworks anywhere in San Diego on New years Eve that are free to watch?

I know that a few events are saying that you can see fireworks but was wondering if they are just part of those events or something that everyone can watch. Thanks!

I know that there is at San Diego Harbor, as Hornblower Cruises is selling tickets to a harbor fireworks dinner cruise ($185 each w/ bar extra) but you will probably be able to see anywhere around the harbor. Maybe call them and they will tell you the best spot (888-467-6256).
