Where should I open a boutique in San Diego?

Where should i move to? suburban San Diego, CA or Costa Rica. also open to other suggestions?

• Im 23 and live in ohio where i went to Ohio State but never finished( it was not the right school for me). i got offered a chance to move to San Diego with some friends where i could get a job doing something i suppose and maybe finish up school. Im also thinking about just moving down to Costa Rica for awhile, I went there when i was 14 or so and loved it, but i knew no spanish and now... i know very little, but i do have friends/family there. I don't care really where i end up i just don't want my life to be a damn circle (if you didn't understand the circle, no worries)

  It sounds like both places would be an adventure for you. San Diego is amazing! The weather is great. The mountains are an hour away. The desert is an hour away. The beach is 20 minutes away and it is just awesome to get on the 8 West and see BEACHES on the freeway sign. I really appreciated being in San Diego after two hours in the mountains, playing with snow and freezing. I got to drive back home to dry land and sunshine. Also, it is a lot of fun to head down to Gaslamp on the weekends and party. It's a very cool place with trendy restaurants and I love the atmosphere. I do not know about Costa Rica. I have never been, although I have heard from friends it is beautiful. All I know is that after traveling through Western Europe this summer, if given the chance, I would really like to go experience living in another country. I'm 22 and I feel that right now is the best time to experience all that you can. Well, it seems like you can't go wrong in your choice!
