Where are some good trails to Hike around the Grand Canyon?

Going to Government Canyon near san antonio,tx?

I plan on going to government canyon near san antonio,tx... it would be my first time out there, I may do some hiking as me and my wife only have one mountain bike.. Due to questionable difficulty on the trails we think our tandem(tires are larger that hybrid, but smaller then mountain bike) might be more of a pain then its worth to bring... basically I'm hoping someone may have some feedback on a good trail to go on?, I saw some photo's of rock faced cliffs that looked kind of nice if i'm hiking I might aim for around a 10 mile hike... if I'm biking I'll aim a little higher maybe 15 miles.. some suggestions would be cool
