  I wish I could help you, but I don't know the procedures. There is a desperate shortage of health care workers in the USA, and we need more health care resources. There is a way. You have to either have your certification accepted in the USA, or work at a lower level until you train with a teaching hospital to learn the techniques and procedures, prove your language skills. I suggest you contact many state health care systems in the USA, as well as teaching schools and health care providers, and the US Department of Health and Human Resources. Some of them will be helpful, some will not. I hope you get a better answer from someone else on this board than I am able to provide.
