Is Hetta and Hatta Village the same? Why?

Are the Zinfandel Village Apartments in Rancho Cordova, CA a good place to live? Tell me why or why not.?

  • Ok, if I get accepted to Sacramento state college, I'll be moving there. I was looking at some apartments near that area that would suit me. Zinfandel Village Apartments in Rancho Cordova, CA seemed to fit me. I was wondering if that would be a good place to live. I will only be 18 or 19 when I move there, and I will be alone. Is there much crime there? And, if you know anywhere better than this, please let me know with a bit of information about the place (it has to be an affordable apartment) and possibly a link to a website if you would be so kind.

  • Answer:

Here is a site you can look at for some reviews. http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/CA-Rancho-Cordova-Zinfandel-Village-Apartments.html Rancho Cordova is unfortunately full of crime and gang activity. I thought Data Drive was outside that area, but apparently not, if these reviews are correct. I know a lot of detail about the gang activity because I served on a jury in a gang violence case that happened not all that far from there. I live out in the country and am not that familiar with good places for students to live. But look at the comments on this site: http://www.city-data.com/forum/sacramento/473624-transferring-sac-state-where-live.html They sound helpful, and from what I know, accurate.
