What are some good art/film schools in Portland?
-
I want to study animation, and Portland is definitely one of the top 5 cities I'd like to study in, but I can't seem to find any schools here that offer a good animation program (or an animation program at all...). Thanks(:

Answer:
I found these in a few minutes of searching. There are probably more within art programs at, for example, PSU and PCC. http://www.artinstitute-portland.com/media-arts-and-animation.html Art Institute of Portland http://www.georgefox.edu/catalog/undergrad/curriculum/departments/comm_arts/cmco_major.html George Fox Univ. http://www.nwfilm.org/education/classes Surprisingly, the NW Film Center doesn't seem to have any animation courses http://www.pnca.edu/programs/ce/boundarycrossing/events.php Pacifc NW College of Art sometimes has animation-oriented speakers
