Where can someone have 50+ people spend the night for 2-3 nights that is CHEAP other than a hotel?

• were having a regional conference, and minors form all across the pacific northwest are going to be meeting in Portland, OR, and we someplace that's cheap to stay, has shower accommodations, at least 2 large rooms (boys and girls quarters), and is cheap. the minors are not little kids, they are well-developed individuals that can and will clean up after themselves, and leave the place better than they found it. There will be adult supervision in both the boys and girls quarters.
