Arizona State University (Tempe): How hard for out-of-state student attending private university to transfer?

  • How hard would it be for an out-of-state guy (I have never lived in Arizona or gone to school there) to transfer to ASU after sophomore year? I have a 2.83 (my grades have been on a slight upward trend since my poor start first semester) and will have 28 transferrable credits after this year and I want to start at ASU next fall.
