How much money do people in arizona save because they do not need to buy all the winter clothes that people ?

They make up for it by running the air conditioning 9 months out of the year.

They spend all that extra money on cooling costs because it's blazing hot in Arizona.

Not much, because the electric bills in the summer time and all the sun block you use makes up for it.....LOL.....really! Plus your car wastes more gas when using your A/C. And you spend a lot of money on keeping hydrated to!

I still own a warm coat and warm clothing, 110 in the summer to 50 in the winter is still a huge drop and 50 feels quite cold to us. The only thing I don't have anymore is snow boots.

depending on what area in arizona you choose to live. Its a bit colder in the upper elevations, so things don't change much there as it is in the northern states. I'm about in the middle. Cooler summers, so I don't need to run AC as much, but milder winters than the northern states. If there is any big savings at all, its the savings on the abuse we put our cars through during the winter months in the northern states, so cars last alot longer here. Thats a huge savings.

overall its more inexpensive here..... I moved from boston. where i was paying $1200 for a studio albeit a luxury studio but for $700 i am on a golf course in a huge one bedroom with a sandy beach pool in a great nieghbourhoood... Mummy loves it! so does muffy
