Where can I find a job in Phoenix, AZ?
-
Ok, I've worked at a Dr.s office for almost 3 years and they have recently merged with another company. I feel like the company has just forgot about us! We do not have free health care anymore and were already under paid as it is. The only thing that made up for it was our Christmas bonus, which we will not be getting either. They are doing this 401k thing where they match 10% your first year with the company then 20% your second year and so on, but I do not plan on being front office my entire life! I have bigger plans. Thats benificial to the MA's and DR's who already have their degrees. I took a pay cut by staying with the company. I love them and dont want to leave but I had to get a second job. Now that im in school I cant keep my second job and a full time job with school. I think I need a new job. I dont make enough for the amount of work that I do. I dont want to live paycheck to paycheck. School is expensive. Also I need a job where I can move up in the company, I am not going to just be premoted to a Dr. I want to know of a good company that treats their employee's well, good benifits, PTO,room to move up in the company, preferably free health care and good health benifits. A company that is nationwide just in case I need to transfer in the future. The starting pay needs to be atleast $12.00 or up. I do front office so I have customer service skills and typing as well. I also answer phones all day too, so that wont be a problem. I need some idea's. I am going to mention this at our big meeting but if nothing is done I will be looking for a new job soon. Please let me know guys!! Thanks!!

Lots of staffing companies here too - manpower, staffmark, superior staffing just to name a few...shouldn't be too hard to find a job with that starting pay...lots of jobs in healthcare, office and manufacturing like intel, freescale & others in semiconductor if you wanna make more $ and gave a lot of free time for school.
